In dit overzicht vindt u alle noodzakelijke details om uw bezoek vlot te laten verlopen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Dagplanning<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"p-rc_3dc30fd76e326e2a-79\">In de namiddag, tussen <strong>13u30 en 17u00<\/strong>, is er een afzonderlijke wedstrijd voor de jeugd. Vanaf <strong>14u00<\/strong> vinden er demonstraties plaats van partners en worden er kleine geschenken verdeeld. Voor de avondfinale openen de deuren voor het publiek om <strong>17u45<\/strong>. Het welkomstwoord begint om <strong>18u00<\/strong>, waarna de effectieve klimwedstrijd en de rechtstreekse uitzending van start gaan. Vanaf <strong>21u30 <\/strong>opent het caf\u00e9 en om <strong>23u00 <\/strong>start de muziek voor het afsluitende feest.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Eten, drinken en betalen<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"p-rc_3dc30fd76e326e2a-80\">Vanaf 17u00 openen de mobiele eetkramen. Aan de bar kan uitsluitend betaald worden met speciale bonnetjes van de organisatie. Deze is doorlopend geopend. De aankoop van de bonnetjes aan de kassa gebeurt uitsluitend elektronisch, contant geld wordt niet aanvaard.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Bereikbaarheid en parkeren<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"p-rc_3dc30fd76e326e2a-81\">Toeschouwers dienen hun wagen te parkeren op de parkeerterreinen van AVEVE en ECOWERF. Vanaf deze locaties is de klimzaal veilig te voet bereikbaar via het voetgangerspad. Personen kortstondig afzetten voor de ingang van het gebouw blijft wel mogelijk en de fietsenstalling van de klimzaal is gewoon toegankelijk.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Voorzieningen en livestream<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"p-rc_3dc30fd76e326e2a-82\">Er is geen bewaakte vestiaire aanwezig in de zaal, wat betekent dat elke bezoeker zelf verantwoordelijk is voor zijn of haar persoonlijke bezittingen. Voor toeschouwers die het geluidsniveau te hoog vinden, zijn er op aanvraag gratis oordopjes verkrijgbaar aan de bar.
