In deze privacyverklaring willen we heldere en transparante informatie geven over hoe wij omgaan met persoonsgegevens. Wij doen er alles aan om je privacy te waarborgen en gaan daarom zorgvuldig om met persoonsgegevens. Klimclub Hungaria vzw houdt zich in alle gevallen aan de toepasselijke wet- en regelgeving, waaronder de Algemene Verordening Gegevensbescherming (ook gekend als GDPR, Verordening 2016\/679).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dit brengt met zich mee dat wij in ieder geval:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>je persoonsgegevens verwerken in overeenstemming met het doel waarvoor deze zijn verstrekt, deze doelen en type persoonsgegevens zijn beschreven in deze Privacyverklaring;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>verwerking van je persoonsgegevens beperkt is tot enkel die gegevens welke nodig zijn voor de doeleinden waarvoor ze worden verwerkt;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>vragen om je uitdrukkelijke toestemming als wij deze nodig hebben voor de verwerking van je persoonsgegevens;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>passende technische en organisatorische maatregelen hebben genomen zodat de beveiliging van je persoonsgegevens gewaarborgd is;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>geen persoonsgegevens doorgeven aan andere partijen, tenzij dit nodig is voor uitvoering van de doeleinden waarvoor ze zijn verstrekt;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>op de hoogte zijn van je rechten als betrokken persoon omtrent je persoonsgegevens, je hierop willen attent maken en deze willen respecteren.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Als Klimclub Hungaria vzw zijn wij verantwoordelijk voor de verwerking van je persoonsgegevens. Indien je na het doornemen van onze privacyverklaring, of in algemenere zin, vragen hebt hierover of contact met ons wenst op te nemen kan dit via onderstaande contactgegevens: <strong>Klimclub Hungaria vzw<\/strong> Zetel: Aarschotsesteenweg 112, 3012 Wilsele E-mailadres: info@klimclubhungaria.be<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Deze privacyverklaring is van toepassing op al onze huidige en vroegere leden, deelnemers aan activiteiten, personen die belangstelling tonen of toonden voor onze activiteiten, diensten of producten, klanten en prospecten, vrijwilligers, medewerkers en leveranciers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong><strong>Waarom verwerken wij persoonsgegevens?<\/strong><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Je persoonsgegevens worden door Klimclub Hungaria vzw verwerkt ten behoeve van de volgende doeleinden en rechtsgronden:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Het voeren van ledenadministratie en dienstverlening aan leden (contractuele grond).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Het versturen van informatie over onze activiteiten, nieuwsbrieven en uitnodigingen (gerechtvaardigd belang).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Het organiseren van de sportieve voorbereiding en opleiding.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Federatieadministratie (gerechtvaardigd belang).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sportieve administratie in het kader van stages, kampen, \u2026 (contractuele grond).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Het organiseren van (recreatieve) competities en evenementen (contractuele grond).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Het garanderen van de fysieke veiligheid tijdens activiteiten, het afhandelen van annulaties via medische attesten en het voorzien van gepaste maaltijden tijdens stages (uitdrukkelijke toestemming \/ vitaal belang).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Het afhandelen van vertrouwelijke meldingen via ons Aanspreekpunt Integriteit (API) ter bescherming van onze leden en medewerkers.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Het beheren van de interne werking, materiaal en vrijwilligersadministratie (gerechtvaardigd belang).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Promotie, PR en communicatie waaronder:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Het beheren van social media d.m.v. het publiceren van sfeerfoto\u2019s (gerechtvaardigd belang).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Het beheren van social media d.m.v. gerichte foto\u2019s (toestemming).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Het analyseren van het gebruik van de clubwebsite (gerechtvaardigd belang).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group\"><div class=\"wp-block-group__inner-container is-layout-constrained wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\">\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong><strong><strong>Welke gegevens verwerken we?<\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/h2>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Wij kunnen de volgende persoonsgegevens van je vragen, opslaan, verzamelen en verwerken voor de volgende doelstellingen:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Identificatiegegevens:<\/strong> naam, voornaam.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Priv\u00e9-contactgegevens:<\/strong> telefoonnummer, e-mail, adres.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Persoonlijke kenmerken:<\/strong> geslacht, geboortedatum.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Financi\u00eble bijzonderheden:<\/strong> (o.a. betalingen, rekeningnummer, \u2026).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Sportieve gegevens en opleiding:<\/strong> (o.a. categorie, uitslagen, aanwezigheden, behaalde diploma&#8217;s\/KVB&#8217;s, \u2026).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Beeldmateriaal:<\/strong> (foto\u2019s, video\u2019s, opnames, \u2026).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Gezondheids-, dieet- en voedingsgegevens:<\/strong> Uitsluitend medische attesten (voor annuleringen) of vrijwillig verstrekte informatie over specifieke (G-sport) noden, allergie\u00ebn of dieetvoorkeuren ter garantie van de veiligheid en het voorzien van gepaste maaltijden tijdens stages. Deze gegevens worden strikt vertrouwelijk behandeld en na afhandeling of na afloop van de activiteit onmiddellijk vernietigd.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Vertrouwelijke API-gegevens:<\/strong> Informatie die gedeeld wordt met het Aanspreekpunt Integriteit blijft strikt vertrouwelijk en is afgeschermd van de reguliere ledenadministratie.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We verzamelen enkel persoonsgegevens die je zelf aan ons meedeelt op verschillende manieren (o.a. inschrijvingsformulieren, invul- en contactformulieren op onze website, persoonlijk\/telefonisch\/e-mail contact, \u2026). Wij verzamelen geen persoonsgegevens via derden, met uitzondering van de informatie ontvangen van de aangesloten verenigingen\/clubs of federaties. Er wordt geen enkele categorie van personen onderworpen aan eender welke vorm van geautomatiseerde besluitvorming of profilering.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Verstrekking van gegevens aan derden<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Naast de hieronder opgenomen samenwerking met derden, zullen wij de verstrekte gegevens niet aan andere derden doorgeven tenzij dit wettelijk verplicht en\/of toegestaan is, zoals bv. in het kader van een politioneel of gerechtelijk onderzoek. Op geen enkel moment verkopen of verhuren wij je persoonsgegevens aan derde partijen. Wij geven je contactgegevens ook nooit door aan derden voor commerci\u00eble doeleinden. Wij delen persoonsgegevens met derden indien je ons hier toestemming voor geeft. Deze toestemming kan te allen tijde ingetrokken worden, zonder dat dit afbreuk doet aan de rechtmatigheid van de verwerking voor de intrekking daarvan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Verwerkers<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">De gegevens die je aan ons geeft kunnen wij aan derde partijen verstrekken indien dit noodzakelijk is voor de uitvoering van de hierboven beschreven doeleinden. Zo maken wij gebruik van een derde partij (verwerker) voor:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>het opslaan en verwerken van gegevens in de Cloud (via een Cloud Service Provider);<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>het verzorgen van de internet omgeving (webhosting, mailhosting);<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>het analyseren van websiteverkeer om onze website te optimaliseren (via analytische software zoals Google Analytics);<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>het verzorgen van IT-infrastructuur (o.a. IT netwerk, servers, \u2026);<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>het digitaal beheren van clubmateriaal, uitsluitend voor intern gebruik door onze medewerkers en vrijwilligers (via platformen zoals Shelf.nu);<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>het faciliteren van logistieke afspraken voor activiteiten (zoals carpoolen via tijdelijke WhatsApp-groepen, waarbij je telefoonnummer zichtbaar is voor mededeelnemers);<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>het verzorgen van de (financi\u00eble) administratie;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>het verzorgen en verspreiden van nieuwsbrieven en uitnodigingen (via e-mailmarketingplatforms zoals Mailchimp).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Wij geven geen persoonsgegevens door aan andere verwerkers (externe dienstverleners) dan diegene waarmee we een verwerkersovereenkomst hebben. We maken met deze partijen de nodige afspraken om de beveiliging en confidentialiteit van je persoonsgegevens te waarborgen. Indien een verwerker zich buiten de Europese Economische Ruimte (EER) bevindt (zoals bij bepaalde Amerikaanse softwarediensten), zorgen wij ervoor dat deze voldoet aan de vereiste adequaatheidsbesluiten (zoals het Data Privacy Framework).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Ontvangers<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Wij delen persoonsgegevens met de volgende externe partijen:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Subsidi\u00ebrende overheden.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Partners waarmee we in samenwerking activiteiten organiseren (activiteiten die met twee of meer organisaties zijn uitgewerkt en waarvoor deelnemerslijsten worden uitgewisseld). Met deze partijen (derden-ontvangers) maken wij de nodige afspraken om de beveiliging van je persoonsgegevens te waarborgen en ervoor te zorgen dat je gegevens vertrouwelijk worden behandeld.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Minderjarigen<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Wij verwerken alleen persoonsgegevens van personen jonger dan 18 jaar indien daarvoor toestemming is gegeven door de ouder of wettelijke vertegenwoordiger. Hierbij kunnen volgende gegevens van de ouders worden verwerkt: identificatiegegevens en priv\u00e9-contactgegevens (voor ouderlijke toestemming).<span class=\"ai-type-ahead-inline-ghost\" contenteditable=\"false\" aria-hidden=\"true\">kunnen niet altijd zelfstandig beslissingen nemen over hun medische behandelingen.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Bewaartermijn<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Klimclub Hungaria vzw bewaart persoonsgegevens niet langer dan noodzakelijk voor het realiseren van het doel waarvoor deze zijn verstrekt, met inachtname van de termijn die noodzakelijk is om aan de wettelijke vereisten te voldoen (o.a. op het gebied van boekhouding). Bewaartermijnen kunnen evenwel per doel verschillen. Medische gegevens worden na de noodzakelijke afhandeling of na afloop van de activiteit onmiddellijk vernietigd.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Beveiliging van de gegevens<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Volgende passende technische en organisatorische maatregelen zijn genomen om persoonsgegevens te beschermen tegen onrechtmatige verwerking:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Alle personen die namens Klimclub Hungaria vzw van je gegevens kennis kunnen nemen, zijn gehouden aan geheimhouding daarvan.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Onze medewerkers en vrijwilligers zijn ge\u00efnformeerd over het belang van de bescherming van persoonsgegevens. Aan deze personen wordt toegang verleend tot je gegevens voor zover ze die informatie nodig hebben om hun taken naar behoren uit te voeren.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Je rechten omtrent je gegevens<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Je hebt recht op inzage en een kopie van de persoonsgegevens die op jou betrekking hebben.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Je hebt recht op verbetering en aanvulling wanneer je gegevens onjuist of onvolledig zijn.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Je hebt het recht op gegevenswissing (verwijdering) van de persoonsgegevens die we van jou ontvangen hebben, en die niet langer strikt noodzakelijk zijn voor de doeleinden waarvoor ze werden verwerkt. Wij behouden ons wel het recht voor te bepalen of je verzoek gerechtvaardigd is.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Je hebt het recht op beperking van gegevensverwerking: indien je bezwaar hebt tegen de verwerking van bepaalde gegevens, kan je vragen om deze verwerking te stoppen.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tevens kun je bezwaar (verzet) maken tegen de manier waarop bepaalde persoonsgegevens van je verwerkt worden. These data are treated with strict confidentiality and are destroyed immediately after processing or at the end of the activity.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Confidential API data:<\/strong> Information shared with the Integrity Contact Point (API) remains strictly confidential and is isolated from the regular member administration.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We only collect personal data that you share with us yourself in various ways (e.g., registration forms, contact forms on our website, personal\/telephone\/email contact). We do not collect personal data via third parties, with the exception of information received from affiliated associations\/clubs or federations. No category of persons is subject to any form of automated decision-making or profiling.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Provision of data to third parties<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Aside from the third-party collaborations listed below, we will not pass on the provided data to other third parties unless this is legally required and\/or permitted (e.g., in the context of a police or judicial investigation). At no time do we sell or rent your personal data to third parties. We also never share your contact details with third parties for commercial purposes. We share personal data with third parties if you give us permission to do so.
